HERE\u2019S WHAT!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Uniqlo and Bloomies, Zara, H &\u00a0M<\/p>\n

A pop up store in SOHO \u00a0we went to all of them<\/p>\n

We\u00a0gave a wave to\u00a0Liberty then\u00a0ate at Battery Park<\/p>\n

Met up with her cousin for\u00a0\u00a0fries at PJ Clark<\/p>\n

\"She<\/a><\/p>\n

Heading to see “Wicked”\u00a0on a very stormy\u00a0night<\/p>\n

Traffic traffic everywhere, \u00a0did gives us a fright<\/p>\n

But rest assured\u00a0we made it with extra minutes\u00a0\u00a0too<\/p>\n

We settled in our seats and both gave out a..\u00a0whew!<\/p>\n

Made it\u00a0\u00a0home by twelve … like Cindy at\u00a0the ball<\/p>\n

Into bed and ready \u00a0for that early morning call<\/p>\n

MOMA was exciting with the artist \u00a0\u201cIt\u2019s all true\u201d<\/p>\n

\u00a0The temperature was rising,\u00a0\u00a0loved this cool venue<\/p>\n

The Guggenheim! \u00a0 A treasure, thanks to\u00a0Mr. Wright<\/p>\n

Then Lincoln\u00a0Center and its \u00a0Plaza \u00a0glowed for us one \u00a0night<\/p>\n

Along\u00a0\u00a0the shady Central Park, we strolled\u00a0Fifth Avenue<\/p>\n

We saw\u00a0\u00a0Met\u2019s Manus x Machina, so \u00a0beautiful to view<\/p>\n

A get together with a friend she hadn\u2019t seen in years<\/p>\n

Oh those \u00a0hugs and kisses and oh those many\u00a0\u00a0tears<\/p>\n

But as the famous saying goes, \u201cAll good things must\u00a0\u00a0end!\u201d<\/p>\n

She left for home, but this I know \u2013 she\u2019ll be back again!<\/p>\n

Thanks to my beautiful niece (soon to be 17) for showing me a\u00a0wonderful time in 4\u00a0short days!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Kay’s Notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Important to know<\/strong>: \u00a0Go with the flow- my niece knew what she wanted to do. I just hit the highlights in my little poem… \u00a0We spent more time at The Met to see\u00a0on the roof the replica of the house from Psycho – and The Temple of Dendur. \u00a0 All the museums were packed because it was that notorious “heat dome’ weekend. We saved for a cooler time to walk across the Brooklyn Bridge and do the Empire State Bldg among other sites.<\/p>\n

I found out when she was leaving that the next time she’s here – she wants to go to several parks – and sketch. \u00a0 Sounds good to me…. blankets, some food, love it!<\/p>\n

Good to know<\/strong>:\u00a0\u00a0Manus x Machina at the Met. \u00a0It’s part of the Costume Institute at the Museum and the clothing is beautiful – well worth going to \u00a0before it closes \u00a0September 5.<\/p>\n
