A friend told me Lincoln Center Theatre has a membership program that offers \u00a0discounted tickets to \u00a0their productions. Now some of you might know that,\u00a0not me. \u00a0She said that not \u00a0only are tickets heavily discounted, but you learn about new productions coming up with \u00a0tickets available before the general \u00a0public. \u00a0\"Lincoln<\/p>\n

Wow, that is<\/em> \u00a0for me. \u00a0I checked out the site and found that the membership was closed. \u00a0Bummer! \u00a0 But, good news, there’s a waiting list. I put myself on it and then forgot about LCT until\u00a0a few weeks ago \u00a0when I received an email inviting me to join. Then, of course, I remembered! \u00a0 Immediately I entered all my info and Voil\u00e0<\/em>\u00a0I was in!<\/p>\n

So go ahead and \u00a0put yourself on the waiting list – cause right now membership is \u00a0closed again. \u00a0 \u00a0It took me a few months to receive that all important email, but it came. \u00a0Membership is $50 plus small fee. \u00a0As soon as I joined, I checked what was on and immediately bought a ticket to OSLO, center orchestra, for the great price of $57.00 (with fees)<\/p>\n

My $57 \u00a0seat \u00a0sells for around $147- if you can even get one! OSLO is based on \u00a0the 1993 \u00a0Oslo Peace Accords between the Israelis and \u00a0the Palestinians. It was originally at the Mitzi Newhouse Theater at Lincoln Center \u00a0to sold out audiences before moving upstairs to the larger venue, the Vivian \u00a0Beaumont Theater.<\/p>\n
